Cannot GET /

I get this error after cloning,installing, running and pointing my browser to localhost:8000 I couldn't find any or in the code

You have to run both the client and the server. Server should run on localhost:8000 while client is running on localhost:3000. I get the same error if I go on localhost:8000 because the server isn't responding with a view on "/". Use localhost:3000 not localhost:8000

How do I run the client There's presently no server running on port 3000
