[BUG] IDE integration does not work

Bug Description

IDE integration doesn't work with claudecode.nvim plugin. When asking Claude about available tools, it responds with 'no ide tools are available' despite the plugin being installed and configured. This prevents Claude from accessing file operations, code navigation, and other IDE-specific functionality that should be available through the Neovim integration.

This issue does not occur with VSCode integration - Claude Code works correctly with VSCode and properly recognizes available IDE tools.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start Claude Code integration
2. Ask about IDE tools

Expected Behavior

It should be able to find references, navigate the code etc

• WebFetch - Fetch and analyze web content
• WebSearch - Search the web for information

Key IDE Features:

• Syntax-aware editing with exact string matching
• Multi-file operations and batch processing
• Version control integration
• Project-wide search capabilities
• Code execution and testing
• Task management and planning

• Glob, Grep - Fast code search and pattern matching
• LS - Directory listing

Development Workflow:

• Bash - Run commands, builds, tests, git operations
• NotebookRead/NotebookEdit - Jupyter notebook support

Web Integration:

• WebFetch, WebSearch - Access documentation and resources

Task Management:

• TodoRead/TodoWrite - Track coding tasks and progress

The core IDE functionality comes from the diagnostics tool (VS Code integration) and code execution in Jupyter environments.

Right, but what if you don't ask CC for the available tools but actually ask it to make a change?

@ThomasK33 it never calls diagnostics. I have seen it doing that in Cursor.
