About the naming of things... the best part of a project

Hello, I just wanted to ask about the agreed/not yet agreed names for the data fields that are being retrieved and stored from QUT. Units are obvious, but What is a course? Is it basically a single class that runs each week at a specific time? In the database these are being stored as classes, however is there a better description that should be used? Anyone have any thoughts?
