PKHaX-ish implementation in PKMDS

Hey! Would it be possible to make a feature similar to PK HaX in PKMDS, allowing for illegal/untradable/etc pokemon? I've been working on joke versions of older games (mostly gens I-IV) but my PC broke a bit ago, so I've been mostly unable to work on my small project except for a few small tweaks now and then. I wanted to test out something to add to my joke games, but there isn't an easy way to give the pokemon in them extremely high/low stats without using something like PKHaX or any of the things I was working on my project with. Since those are all windows apps and i'm limited to ChromeOS and occasionally IOS I'm not really sure what to do. I really like using PKMDS, but from what I could see it doesn't look like it has the ability to edit stats illegally. I'd really love if this feature could be added, especially in the older generations! thank you! (Please forgive my poor English, i'm not a native speaker and autocorrect and translator doesn't catch everything T_T)

I do plan to eventually match PKHeX feature-by-feature, including 'PKHaX'-like features. Mind you, this is a save editor, not a game editor, so you could give your Pokémon ridiculous stats within a certain range (since PKMDS won't be able to edit base stats).

Alright, Thanks! Also, it's mostly just for testing purposes until I'm able to buy a new PC or repair my old one to work on the project more.
