Getting "no alive nodes in cluster" message

This is an AWS OpenSearch instance in Legacy Mode, and there definitely is an alive node. Any ideas?

Hi, what do you mean with legacy mode? OpenSearch 1.3 or the compatibility mode?

@kringkaste OpenSearch 2 with the compatibility mode, sorry. should be advertising that it's ES.

I can try setting up a cluster that's actually ES instead? what versions work?

@adrienne Is this still an issue? We just tested the current 2.11 OpenSearch version of AWS with one customer and it works without issues. What kind of authentication do you use?
