Still get warning on v7.3 QIBM_PASE_CCSID

Still seeing that PASE CCSID message after creating it on the host IBM i server and restarting *SSHD (and it has been 3 days).
So I'm thinking you cache it? Or maybe look for a numeric value instead of the supported EN_US? Or did I read that wrong and my setting on the host is improperly formatted?

@bobcozzi Yes, we cache some system information in order to avoid long connection times...
Have you tried Connect and Reload Server Settings (from the right-click menu on the connection)?

After reloading the connection settings, the PASE CCSID message always appears. Initially after setting it on the host it appeared only if I was in debug in VS code, that is VS code debug extension, not IBM i debug.

I've re-read your docs on the QIBM_PASE_CCSID setting and reviewing the IBM Docs, I see there is not 1 but 2 environment variables that are being examined:
QIBM_PASE_CCSID
PASE_LANG

From my research, for me in the USA they should be:
QIBM_PASE_CCSID=1208
PASE_LANG=EN_US

When BOTH are added to the *SYS environment level, the "giant" message box about QIBM_PASE_CCSID goes away.

ADDENVVAR ENVVAR(PASE_LANG) VALUE('EN_US') LEVEL(*SYS) 

Probably should add the above ADDENVVAR to the Docs for clarity, and note that its required on V7R3 and earlier, but optional due to IBM i system default changes in V7R4 and later.

@bobcozzi We are using this SQL statement to fetch the environment variables. If you run this statement, are the correct values showing up as you'd expect?

Yes. But if you read my final line in my prior note, you'll see that I'm confirming that when both are set, the message box no longer appears--its satisfied. So my point being, just add the two ADDENVVAR either to the message box or the Docs so people know what to do. (oblivious substitution a "your locale ID here" for my EN_US)
