Process the properties file from #26 into a json file #27
Description
The output of #26 will be a csv that only contains properties that own more in taxes than they are worth. Take that list and, based on the work that already happens in scrape.sh, create a geocoded json file of the properties.
The json should contain:
- parcel id
- address
- owner name
- city
- lat/lon
This issue may be a bit challenging. If you run into issues, leave them as comments here. Scripts to process the files can be put into this repository or the montylots repository.
