re-activating the Epic Stack's e2e Playwright testing

Epic Stack has some Github Action playwright integration tests and we turned them off.

Now might be the right time to turn them back on and add some new tests after we get the basics restored.

Possible steps:

• Get it working on your computer
• Uncomment the Github Actions code to run e2e tests
• Fix anything not working on your branch
• Add any new tests such as the broken checkbox piece.

I am able to run playwright by calling npm run test:e2e in the terminal but this will run a GUI that I have to manually run. (btw - most pass a few failed).

Took a stab at writing the test for the checkboxes here. The checkboxes are still broken so the test does not pass, as expected.

Thanks @dwindleduck — looks like your commit could plausibly detect a change of analysis header. We might want to check the checkbox is checked too. Otherwise the next step is to find interianow’s merged commit into main from about 6 weeks ago and bring that e2e test into it and see if it passes.
