Steps to Reproduce:
Login as admin.
Upload 3–5 question papers consecutively.
Observe the time taken for encryption and block generation.
Expected Behavior:
Each question paper should be encrypted and added to the blockchain within a few seconds to maintain workflow efficiency.
Actual Behavior:
Encryption and block confirmation takes 10–15 seconds per paper, causing a bottleneck when uploading multiple files.
