[Bundler Plugins] Add Sentry to bundler core for errors, traces and ddm

We can follow along how Sentry uses Sentry in their bundler plugins to track errors, collect traces, and collect metrics so we can gain better insights to how the bundler plugin is being used and if there are any major errors occurring.
