Add option to adjust line spacing

Currently it feels the spacing between lines has one empty line.
Would it be possible to have an option to adjust the line spacing ?

This requires some more work first - the right-click context menu needs to be moved somewhere else (outside of ElementPlayerName) so that it doesn't get impacted by UI::StyleVar changes.
