Description
This PR adds a fully functional Resume Builder feature to the DevDisplay project. It allows users to input personal and professional information across various sections and view a dynamically updated resume layout.

Changes Proposed
Created a new ResumeBuilder folder under src/ to house the feature.
Added individual sections for:
Checklist
Screenshots
UI
Generated Sample PDF
