bug: Search feature does not return results shown

Describe the bug
When I used the search feature on the website, It showed the relevant result but does not redirect/return the result. It seems like it might be searching within a course I am not enrolled in, so no results are displayed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Search any topic which may not be a part of the topics of your enrolled course
2. See error

Expected behavior
Ideally it should have searched in only the topics I have access to.
