I'm not sure how I missed this, but it appears that hartator/wayback-machine-downloader is the original repo for this project. Since this fork wasn't forked via GitHub, it doesn't actually show as forked from hartator/wayback-machine-downloader. It might be worth adding a note to the README, but in the meantime I'm going to compare & recreate/rebase my PRs #4, #5, and #6 for issues #1 & #3 over there. (I think some of them have already been addressed).

Well the original repo has been inactive for years, unfortunately, so we are left with a split community unless somebody properly picks it back up which I would love cause the tool still has some issues
