Instructions on how to set up a cron job on Windows

Hello! First of all thank you so much for the hard work. I've been trying to set this bot up to assist my daily Crabada activity.
I have no coding background. I have managed to run the scripts but now have a problem automating it with crontab.
I have tried to learn on Youtube and such and still haven't managed to do it. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or right.
Is there a clear instruction on how to set up the cron job specifically for this bot?

If anyone has the time to help me, I would really appreciate it. Or if you're too busy. It's okay!

Windows does not support cronjobs but there is something similar called power automate I will get my hands dirty with it then I'll post it.
