Add a note about code scanning?

Thanks for releasing this — it's super nice.

Would it be worth adding a note in the README about the availability of code scanning in private repos — without an organization (and some plans) it's not available —

Who can use this feature?
Code scanning is available for the following repository types:

Public repositories on GitHub.com
Organization-owned repositories on GitHub Team or GitHub Enterprise Cloud with [GitHub Code Security](https://docs.github.com/en/enterprise-cloud@latest/get-started/learning-about-github/about-github-advanced-security) enabled

I noticed this checkout out why the CodeQL workflow/action was failing when my repo was private.
