[BUG] flag -system-default-registry bug

Describe the bug
When the master node is added with the -system-default-registry parameter, adding a worker node to the cluster fails, and the logs indicate that -system-default-registry is not defined.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See an error

Expected behavior
When adding one primary and two worker directly, using -system-default-registry results in an error, but the cluster can be pulled normally without using this flag.
