How to build & flash

Sorry guys, i have readed all issues, but i cant understand how to build. I mean, can anyone give me step-by-step tutorial, or bin files with adresses? I tried to use bins from some issue but i dont have addreses for them and if i use addresses from name i have some "16-bits" error.

ESP8266 "new Nodemcu V3" (that uses ch3406 driver)
Silelis 405 d-1 (tv)
Intel PC with arduino ide
