Ahead-Of-Time Compilation for PyTorch Integration in Alpaka Heterogeneous Core (Unaddressed feedback of PR #47984)

The Ahead-Of-Time (AOT) compilation in the integration of PyTorch in the alpaka heterogeneous core is added to PR #47984, but kept as an example and not intended for production use.
AOT compilation has been discussed in the core software meeting (TorchAlpakaAOT_CoreSoftware), with open questions, which also have to be addressed in the future.

Because of the early stage of this development, some feedback from PR #47984 regarding the automation scripts for AOT compilation will not be addressed.
