Sofar2mqtt on WT32-ETH01 (ethernet as apposed ton wifi)

Having had 2 separate esps fail on me for reasons unknown i was thinking of trying to run it on an ethernet based board. i have a vague understanding of the code but am a little lost with working out how to add this functionality any advise would be greatly appreciated.
