Connect Ollama on desktop with Paperless-AI on NAS

I have Paperless NGX installed on my Synology NAS, Ollama on my desktop (WIN 11) for better performance.
Now I would like to connect Paperless AI on my Synology with Ollama on my desktop.
The Ollama API URL "http://localhost:11434" or IP:11434 does not work.
Is it possible to connect?
I already set Ollama to "Expose Ollama to the network". But I always get "Ollama connection failed. Please check URL and Model" in the Paperless-AI setup when trying to save it.

You know that localhost is the local IP 127.0.0.1 of the windows machine? You need to use the LAN IP.

Do you mean my external IP adress?

No I mean the lan address.
Like for example it looks something like this 192.168.1.17

Okay, if I call my LAN IP with :11434 in my browser, it says "ollama is running".
But Paperless-AI setup still gives the mentioned error.
