Process documents only during specific time

I have my gpu & ollama busy during the day and would like to have a timeframe set to analyse the documents for paperless-ai.

example: gather documents during the day and analyse them from 01:00 to 02:00

I agree this would be super useful, it almost maxes out my i-7 CPU when running.

You can also do triggers from the outside via the API to start scans. You have the options with the API Key.
So if you want to do it on specific times, make a HTTP request at that time.

I programmed a Windows-API-Server to remotely close the processes using a lot GPU-Memory during the night to process documents with Ollama

How can i now toggle the "automatic processing" in paperless-ai over API? i searched for API-documentation but could not find it yet. If there is none, i would like to write it, but i would need a pointer to the code section
