Set custom permissions for created tags / correspondents / document types

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
With given limitations in how permissions are handled in paperless, I would like to be able to set permissons straight during creation of new tasks / documenttypes / correspondents.

Describe the solution you'd like
Being able to set a default owner (or "none") for each of the possible objects the model creates in Paperless-NGX.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A more flexible approach: Introduction of webhooks (e.g. on process finished, on tag / correspondent / document type creation) to do any post-processing "downstream".
