Some providers, including DeepSeek, for example, are starting to discount their services outside normal business hours (50% off token usage between 16:30-00:30 UTC daily)
Would it be possible to restrict processing to certain times in the settings? And implement a setting for this in the options?

Already possible. You have the cron job settings. That's what cron is for.
