Remove tag after processing

I am currently trying to process a few more files and have started a "wave" approach where I tag a few hundred documents with "process-ai" for paperless-ai to pick them up and use the "Process only specific pre tagged documents?" option with it.

They then get processed and I added a custom tag that marks that called "processed".
What I'm now doing manually is remove the "process-ai" tag that triggered the processing in the first place after paperless-ai picked the document up.
Not sure if this is a very corner-case-y use case, or if there's a better approach, but I'd love to have an option in the tool to remove the process-ai tag automatically.
Maybe there's a smarter way to process documents in waves? Happy for all input on this.

As for now the function to remove the "process-ai" tag is not implemented by it itself. It will be added in a later version.
