AWS is trying to move people from the old RDS Performance Insights to what they're calling CloudWatch Database Insights. In 5.92.0 of the AWS provider this attribute became available: hashicorp/terraform-provider-aws#41607

Please add the new attribute database_insights_mode so that we may continue to consume database insights.

Expected Behavior

The old Performance Insights configurables remain (for now, for backwards compatibility) and the new database_insights_mode attribute is added as configurable on this module.

Use Case

AWS is starting to email customers who're using the RDS Performance Insights and telling them to move before November of 2025.

Describe Ideal Solution

Add the attribute, pass along via a variable, call it a day.
