RFE: ability to display status of the whole pipeline (the flow with errors)

There's an unfinished PoC [1], but it might be better to re-implement it in Python as it is the language of choice for this project.

• What are the features we are supposed to reimplement from the project given in the decription.

Use case: two applications in a chain, pipeline sends data to aggregator, both log events. Some events occure in pipeline, but are lost in aggregator
