Add more Integration Testing

The tool needs additional integration testing to validate accuracy of interactions between three core packages.

• Identify and test edge cases
• Create specific tests targeting the creation of nested microservices using differing build platforms (maven and gradle)
• Create unit tests for code component extraction ensuring valid translation from code to entity structure
