TypeScript SDK missing features

• DbContext.identity() and DbContext.connectionId() (may be fields or methods, IDC).
• Codegen interface RemoteDbContext, which is DbContext but fully type-applied.
• UpdateStatus is, but should not be, re-exported raw from the client_api bindings.
