[FR] - Add Environment variable for external ollama URI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When using WhoDB with Docker, Ollama needs to be on the same host which is not possible with swarm.

Add OLLAMA env. For example: OLLAMA: "http://ollama.domain.com:13001"
