Summary

The issue was caused by a breaking change in the Ollama API. In recent versions, the /api/tags endpoint returns models with a name field instead of model. I've updated the JSON parsing in ollama_client.go to use the correct field name.

This simple one-line change should fix the model selection issue for users running the latest version of Ollama.

i tried changed host from localhost to host.docker.internal, its solved.
