Cluster API v1beta2 support

Cluster API enhanced the contracts concerning Control Plane providers starting from v1.11:

Although conversion is in place and the core team will provide backwards compatibility till August 2026, we need to define the next steps.

As a team, we need to evaluate if we need to stop support for < v1.11 Cluster API and focus on this new way of management, or mix the two initialisation reports together.
