How can I have a Windows version of this masterpiece?

This is a beauty. I wish I had the knowledge or time to gain the knowledge to be able to create a windows compatible of this.

The best thing I love about this is that it doesn't require me to pass the ssh command args in the program's own way. I can just paste my ssh command as is, and just prefix it with this beauty.

EDIT: I must mention I wish to have this on Windows natively. As in an actual binary (.exe) not using things like Cygwin.

I works fine on windows if you compile it under MSYS2.0. Then you can ship passh.exe + msys-2.0.dll

@kyx0r Not sure I understand how I can do what you're describing, but I ended up using this (sshpass-win32) and it worked for me though with some struggle.
