Cannot auth, url does not open

Describe the bug
I'm unable to auth with twitch, as vscode does not open the sso url in my browser.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set channels and nickname in config
2. Click Twitch Line Highlighter Login in status bar
3. Nothing occurs

Expected behavior
VSCode should produce a dialog asking to open the browser, or open the browser to a twitch sso url.

Same here because my VsCode is not install on my OS but on a hard Disk
