`gol build`: Clip coordinates beyond +/-85 latitude

It seems latitudes beyond +/-85 overflow and reverse sign when creating a GOL so, for example, https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/2823696 ends up with invalid geometry - gol query --bbox=9/31/224 planet.gol "a[natural=glacier]" (Hawaii) will return R2823696

Thanks for reporting this!
This is already fixed in GOL 2.0 (due to enter public beta this quarter).
However, will need to be backported to 1.0.
