Create a short promo video for CKAN

The idea is to create a 1 minute long short video explainer of what CKAN is. It's a gap currently if you want to send an explanation of why CKAN is so great to use software in a short video format, for busy people.

As it usually happens with video production, it's not a quick thing so I'd need a focused time to produce it. Thus it can wait in to do's.
