Use as panadapter

we are planning to add a panadapter to a TS850. There is an IF output at 8.83Mhz which is received with an RTLV4 key and a CAT cable.
We would like the information to be taken from the CAT control without interventions on the CubicSDR interface.

1.How to configure CubicSDR so that the center frequency is always that of the IF (8.83Mhz)?

2.Is it possible to do a real autostart on the default rtl key without further manipulation?

3.Is it possible that the mode (AM,USB,LSB...) used is always copied to that of the station?
