[FEATURE REQUEST] Show recent call outs from other lists

The program does not seem to recognize that the same operators on different lists are, in fact, the same operators.

For example: If I put in a call out for [Joe Operator] on [List A] and later put in a call out for [Joe Operator] on [List B], the program does not show that he has been recently called out. Not sure if this is fixable but may cause a problem if multiple people are trying to call out operators.
