Elk Stack + LME 2

I installed to LME 2.0 and it is not getting logs from my existing ELK Stack server installed with the instructions here: https://github.com/cisagov/LME/blob/release-1.3.2/docs/markdown/chapter3/chapter3.md that was working with the previous version of LME. Are they compatible? Does the ELK Stack need an update to?
