Can I use dev boards for this project?

Brother, I dont know how to make Pcbs. If I just buy dev boards and modules, then wire them and install your code, will it work?

simple answer... yes you can use a devkit but it does need to be a WROOM and you need a breadboard (and a lot of jumper wires)
