'ntwin32.mak' file not found on Windows10

Hello, can you please help me building and installing GA on windows 10 because I keep having this error " 'ntwin32.mak' not found".

Hey ,basically you have to download and install Microsoft SDKs v7.0 where in "includes" folder you will find "ntwin32.mak"
or
Copy WIN32.MAK from the \MSVC20\INCLUDE directory on the Visual C++ installation CD to your INCLUDE directory.
