virtual machine agent status is not ready

Thank you for your excellent instructions. In part 3 you installed the WAAgent but as-is it does not seem to connect?
So I cannot enable backup or other management on the pfsense vm.
I believe it is related to the special Azure IP 168.63.129.16
Have you come across this? How can it be fixed?

And to add insult to injury some of the testing or debugging need a working vm agent ...
