One PC not showing up

I had one PC not showing up in networking until I restarted "Function Discovery Resource Publication" then it popped right up.
Then I noticed it had a trigger, and not being able to find out what triggered it I decided to take the trigger off using an Admin Command Prompt:
sc triggerinfo FDResPub delete

Then stopping and restarting the service. It has survived several reboots and I'm confident this is my solution.

Note this was a Win10 PC 2H21 with an Ubuntu 20.04 Server.
