Is this compatible with the latest TBM improvements by ASOBO that can be downloaded from the Marketplace?

I assume you mean the split PFD? If so then yes

It also works with the SU12 betas, although there are some changes in it that are not in the zip (mostly elec and light changes they did).

If you want you can just take the xml from here if you want to integrate these changes before SU12 gets released (then I will create a new zip).
