how to get bluetooth working with realtek usb wifi with bluetooth?

i got usb realtek wifi/bluetooth,the wifi is working but the bluetooth is not working

its not working in macOS you need a bluetooth dongle compatible like the kinivo
with only BlueToolFixup.kext Release injected from OpenCore
