Dynamic Code Block Component feature requests

Is Your Feature Request Related To A Problem? Please describe.

When speaking to Support team they requested the following features be added to the Astro Dynamic Code Block component:

• Add a label along with the input that is left aligned next to the Input.
• Validate the input from the user.
• Add a cookie to be able to use the same variables on other pages in docs website so that when page is refreshed or a user goes to a different page that requires them to input the same information that was already entered on a previous page the user won't have to type it again.

Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

These are "nice to have" features requested by the Support team that will help make the experience better for users when using the docs website.
