Add ability to hide tabs from a tabbed interface

Is Your Feature Request Related To A Problem? Please describe.

The addition of tabs that we're able to use in documentation has been great. It would be ideal if we were able to create the tabs but hide them until we were ready to reveal them.

Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

This would allow us to create the content that is needed within the tab, but hide it until we were ready to reveal it, or hide already created content in case the tabbed content no longer functioned as intended (in the instance that a particular piece involved had an unintentional breaking change or something similar).
