Describe the bug
the plugin failed to open in Android

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open OB in Android
I found that the plugin was not opened
Open the plugin ,and failed again and again what ever update or reinstall

Expected behavior
I hope the plugin will be opened normally in my phone

Additional context
This problem is very simple and fatal, it just can't open the plugin
