failed column detection

I was trying to export a pdf file but seems that tabula fails to detect the right number of columns.
My last two columns are really close one to each other and I can't manage to extract the correct data.
I tried to specify the columns border but seems that tabula ignore them
Also I don't understand if column borders are always defined respect to the page or to the area definition.
Last, how can I tell tabula that each row has a multiline text inside?
