Functionality: Azure Node Integration failing with managed Automate

The Automate node does not appear to be able to access the (managed) service principal information, so automatic Azure Integration is not working. Not clear whether this is because the machine does not have its own managed identity or due to some other issue. Tracking here so we can investigate with MSFT.

Check whether this is really an SPN read from environment variables, or an MSI that should be created for the VM
